1. Order Processing
At NuluyaFit, we make every effort to process and ship your items as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours following payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.
2. Delivery Times
In-Stock Items — European Warehouse
- Carriers: La Poste (Colissimo), Mondial Relay, Colis Privé
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 business days
- Europe (Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and other European countries): 3 to 6 business days
International Warehouse Items
- Certain items or specific sizes may ship directly from our international partner warehouses.
- Average delivery time: 8 to 14 business days

3. Parcel Tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow your package at any time at 17track.net.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union — including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, French overseas territories, and other international destinations — customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. NuluyaFit does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict their amount.
If a package is refused due to customs fees, the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the final refund.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at contact@nuluyafit.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier as quickly as possible.
7. Returns
If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at contact@nuluyafit.com to obtain the return address and instructions before shipping anything back.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, with its original tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a seller error.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
