1. Scope and Application

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the sale of products marketed by NULUYA FIT LLC (hereinafter "the Seller"), a limited liability company incorporated under US law, with its registered office at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #8187, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States, through the website nuluyafit.com.

Any order placed on the website constitutes the Customer's unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are fashion items, activewear, sports clothing, and accessories. The Seller takes great care in presenting all products through photos and descriptions. However, photographs and visuals are for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding. Minor variations in color or design may exist between the image shown and the product delivered; such variations do not engage the Seller's liability or affect the validity of the order.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at the time of your visit, including all applicable taxes. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped from our logistics centers based on stock availability and the Customer's delivery location.

• European warehouse: When the product is available in our European stock, the average delivery time is 2 to 6 business days depending on the destination.
  
• International warehouse: In the event of local stock unavailability or direct shipment from our international partners, delivery may take 8 to 14 business days.

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours following payment confirmation.

5. Customs and Import

For orders shipped from warehouses located outside the European Union, the Customer may, in some cases, be considered the official importer. Customs duties or local taxes may be required by local authorities. These charges are not the Seller's responsibility and remain the Customer's obligation.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment is accepted via secure third-party payment providers available at checkout. No banking data is stored by the Seller.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return procedure: To process a return, the Customer must first contact customer service at contact@nuluyafit.com to obtain a return number and the appropriate return address (France or USA, depending on the origin warehouse).

• Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility, except in the case of a proven error by the Seller.

• Items must be returned unworn, unused, with their original tags, and in their original packaging.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item.

8. Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for inconveniences inherent to the use of the Internet, including service interruptions or external intrusions. The Seller shall not be held responsible for any misuse of purchased products.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. However, for consumers residing in the European Union, this clause does not prevent the application of the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence, as provided under applicable EU law.
