At NuluyaFit, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.
2. Delivery Times
In-Stock Items — European Warehouse
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 business days
- Europe (Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and other European countries): 3 to 6 business days
Carriers used: La Poste (Colissimo), Mondial Relay, Colis Privé.
International Warehouse Items
- Certain items or specific sizes ship directly from our international partner warehouses.
- Average delivery time: 8 to 14 business days

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email once your order has shipped. You can track your package at any time via 17track.net.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union — including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, French overseas territories, and other international destinations — customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. NuluyaFit does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict their amount.
If a package is refused due to customs fees, the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at contact@nuluyafit.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier as quickly as possible.
